About Zoë Loos
Aloha! Howzit! My name is Zoë Malia Ozoa Loos, and if I had to describe myself in one word, it would be storyteller. I think we live through stories, and through coaching, we can uncover how ADHD impacts the stories you tell yourself.
My Path Into Coaching
I am a writer with an MFA in Creative Nonfiction Writing and was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 20s. I’ve completed my ADHD coach training through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and received my AACC accreditation in October 2026.
Through my studies at ADDCA and because of my background in writing, I was reminded of the power of stories. What we tell ourselves grows. Our stories and narratives shape one’s self-perception, which in turn impacts how we show up in the world.
Yet we have the ability through coaching to re-write, re-edit, and re-tell these stories. With a coach by your side, a thinking partner, a guide, we can conjure tools that will strengthen your foundation and change your mindset.
Coaching can help you see yourself more fully and understand that you can thrive with your ADHD. If I have the privilege of being your coach, I can guide you in re-framing the narrative of who you are and who you want to become.
My Philosophy
Coaching is a scheduled pause that allows you the space to increase your self-awareness.
I view coaching as providing practical tools and a strength-based approach to understanding ADHD and how to thrive in a neurotypical world – not by telling you what to do, but by leading you towards shaping new narratives of your self-perception.
You are not broken, you don’t need to be fixed, you are complete, whole, and capable of finding solutions that work with your ADHD, not against it.
